Run a drivercleaner program to remove the 200 driver, install this video card and then reboot. The system board will detect the insertion of a video card in the pci-e x16 slot and will automatically disable the onboard video. This is a good option as it draws little power but would still be much faster than the 200 video. I would get a lower end but current model video card. The Radeon 200 is an older ingrated graphics so no surprise it is not supported by Windows 10. It maxes at 4 gigs of RAM and can acccept a dual core processor and it has a pci-e x16 video card slot.
